The first floor is handicap accessible and has a full kitchen, great room, 2 bedrooms ( 1 king, 1 queen), and a full bathroom.

The second floor has a game/family room with a foosball table, a king bedroom with a private bath, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twins, and a full bathroom.

Rates start at $288/night with a 2-night minimum*  rate varies depending on the day of the week and time of year. *plus taxes and cleaning fee

A locked connecting door (off the mudroom of The Sterling and the back hallway of The Flynn) can be opened between the two units to give access to the whole house for a large group. 

The Flynn – 2 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms (sleeps 6)

The first floor has a full kitchen, great room, and a washer and dryer off the hallway.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 king & 1 twin in one room and 1 queen & 1 twin in the other, and a Jack and Jill bathroom.
